From the Foster:

Amy has a very sweet and calm demeanor. She loves toys, especially squeaker-stuffed toys. She does have some resource guarding with toys with other dogs; however, I have been able to take toys from her though with zero issues and she takes treats very gently.

Amy loves to play chase with her furry foster brothers, and is great at adapting to other dogs' play styles.  We've brought Amy to the dog park for socialization and she's done great with meeting new dogs to play with!

Amy is a little shy when meeting people, she has some fear but once she smells and gets a pet she is a complete love bug. So far, I haven’t seen a person she hasn’t liked. Once she's past her shyness, you'll get lots of kisses and love from her!  She can get a little nervous with little kids fast movements but has done well with kids ages 6+.

Her potty training has gone well, and she goes in her crate with minimal barking for the first little bit before she settles in.

Amy has been a little mischievous with chewing and with counter surfing.  She is still learning what's a toy and what's not, so we have to keep an eye on her, but she responds well to "no" and redirecting her to a chew toy.

Overall, she's just a lover that needs to build up a little more confidence.  She's incredibly sweet, and once she settles into her forever home, she will make someone a great pet!
