From the Foster:

Snowball  is a rescue from China.  She arrived here in early August 2019.  She is what is referred to as shut down and has made some progress. I have a bed for her in the living room and in my bedroom.  The only time she moves about is to go from one bed to the other. She will get up when I say it’s time to go outside as she seems to enjoy walking, though startled easily and very alert to any sudden movements. She lets me pet her, but very nervous about touch and especially if I pick her up.  She never growls or threatening, just afraid. She takes an anti anxiety  med daily. The family to adopt her needs to be patient and wanting to work with her to make her feel safe.
