From the Foster:

Who is looking for a super smart, super gorgeous and super athletic doggo partner to share adventures with?? Clara is a wonderful small dog (12#) full of pep, but also enjoys affection, snuggles and praise. Potential adopters should be ready to stay one step ahead of this busy, brilliant girlie! She’s an amazing problem-Solver, learns and thinks very quickly and has a knack for escape! Fully climb-proof fenced yard or full time leash will be a must to keep Clara safe! She has almost no fear, is bold in new environments, friendly to people, appropriate (slightly pushy) with new dogs, enjoys her walks, fully house trained, loves toys,
Great focus and has high food drive, fairly intense. Could be a great sport dog prospect with dedicated training. Currently living with 7 other dogs in foster care, and is wrapping up doing an incredible job raising her litter of 6 perfect puppies! She can be quite vocally reactive to strange sounds, so apartment living is probably not the best fit for her if she is going to be alone during the day. Best guess on mix, high percentage of terrier, chihuahua and a bit of pug… super cute underbite here!
If you know & love the spice a terrier type brings to life, this beautiful, bright, black Brindle dynamo could be a perfect friend for you!
Happy to discuss this awesome, special girlie, tons of photos/videos available. Emphasis on great match, not necessarily first application.

Info from AKC website:
“Feisty and energetic are two of the primary traits that come to mind for those who have experience with Terriers. In fact, many describe their distinct personalities as “eager for a spirited argument.” Bred to hunt, kill vermin and to guard their families home or barn. Prospective owners should know that terriers make great pets, but they do require determination on the part of the owner because they can be stubborn; have high energy levels…”
