From the Foster:

Westin is an adorable-looking dog and is quite affectionate.
He likes toys, especially squeaky toys.  He loves attention and cuddling on the couch.
When we bring him for walks around a nearby lake we often encounter other dogs.  Westin is generally calm around other dogs—big and small--but will growl back if another dog growls at him.
Westin seems to want to chase squirrels when we go for a walk.
Westin is house-trained but when Westin first arrived at our place he did mark inside the house.    Therefore we had him wear a Belly Band the first week and a half.    That seems to be all that was needed and since then we have not had any incidents of him marking inside the house and he no longer needs to wear his Belly Band.    He has never gone #2 in the house.
He sleeps quietly in his crate at night.    However, he will bark when he hears noises outside the house such as people walking by and talking or a pickup truck driving by.    Therefore, I would say no shared walls.
Westin has beautiful, very soft hair.    If you are thinking of adopting Westin please know that he needs someone willing to spend a bit more time on his hair than what many other dogs need.    This is because, if you skip brushing his hair for a while, it can get matted (which would not only look not-so-good but also would be quite uncomfortable for Westin).    All of his hair (on his back, chest, belly, head, legs, etc.) will need a thorough brushing 2-3 times per week.
Westin loves his humans and likes getting attention.   He is a sweet, cute dog that is easy to fall in love with.
