From the Foster:

Gaia is very pretty, sweet, and playful.  She likes to cuddle and be pet.  She will curl up for a nap right by your side.  She is also very smart and gets into trouble.    She needs a good amount of activity.  Mind games, walks, maybe some daycare.  She needs a mix of activity and not just one thing.  The  Facebook  page " Canine  Enrichment" has many good ideas to keep your dog happy.

She needs to be kenneled while you are away. Even for a quick errand.  She is destructive when alone, so put she must be crated when you leave. She likes her crate so this is not a hardship.  She feels safe in there and it is better for her while she is alone.

Gaia is good with children of all ages.  But she will take food out of their hand (yours too is given the opportunity).  She will get your meal if you run to the kitchen, or jump on the counter while you are eating in the living room.  Plan to crate during dinner and not leave food on the counter.  She is food motivated so that can make training easier.  Take a training class or two.  It helps you to bond with your dog.  It will help to keep her focused on an activity.

She would do better with a fenced in yard.
