From the Foster:

Willa is a very sweet, loving husky who has quickly adapted to her new foster home. While shy and nervous at first, she is now opening up to show her sweet, playful side - she LOVES squeaky toys and plays with them like a puppy, and gives you that typical (adorable) husky talk.  She is calm for a husky, but does still need daily walks or outings to work off her typical husky energy - puzzle toys also work great to combat this!

Willa is working on crate training; she will vocalize when left alone in the crate, but will not potty or chew up her blankets.  Soon I'm confident she will love it there!  She loves kids, but due to her high prey drive typical of the breed I would not recommend her to a home with cats or other small animals.  She is house-trained and has done well on a schedule - she has been crated by us during the workday and at night with no accidents, and goes potty right away when let outside.  She knows the drill!

She's good on a leash and can do well with other dogs with slow introductions.  She is a dominant dog and does well in a home with submissive dogs who will not challenge her.  She responds well to firm commands and positive reinforcement from her handler - treats, pets, any sort of attention really work well.  She is currently working on basic commands like sit, stay, and kennel.

Willa is an excellent dog who would love to find a home where she can get lots of love, attention, and playtime.  Come meet her and see for yourself!
