From the Foster:

Perikles is full of wags and smiles! He likes being near his person/people, especially his foster mom. He likes his foster dad, but he is more drawn to mom. He enjoys lounging on the couch, exploring the house, and sniffing around in our backyard. He doesn't seem to know what toys are yet or care about them, but maybe with time he will enjoy them. He really likes other dogs and is enjoying hanging out with our resident fur babies!
He doesn't mind being in his crate while we're at work. He barks/whines a little when first going into the crate, but he settles not too long after. He currently sleeps in his crate at night (in our bedroom) and doesn't make a peep until we all get up in the morning! He is currently working on house training. He goes potty outside like a good boy, but also marks inside the house. We are working on this, and in the meantime, he wears diaper wraps or belly bands so he can enjoy spending time with us around the house.
He likes exploring new things around the house. He doesn't chew, bite or wreck anything, but there's a lot of new things to learn! He will perk his ears up at random sounds on the TV, phone or computer, especially if he hears a dog on TV. He also does some really funny, quirky things. When he's really happy and excited, he'll lick your hands and try to give you kisses. He'll also flop around on the ground rolling side to side and making funny faces. He'll just lay there perfectly still and flat on his back for several seconds, then flop around some more and pop back up.
Overall, he's a good boy who's learning the ropes and would love to find a forever home where he can get lots of love, scratches, and snuggles, keep learning and have fun!
