From the Foster:

Meet Clementine! Clementine came into rescue with her four babies and is looking forward to seeing them go to their forever homes and finding one of her own. She is just the sweetest dog, loves giving kisses and is learning how wonderful snuggling can be. She is house trained and has not had a single accident in her foster home. She has not been crated while in her foster home but we don’t think she’d have an issue with it as she is content and trustworthy hanging with her babies in a separate room with the door closed.

Clementine lives with two resident dogs and three small humans ages 1, 4 and 5 in her foster home. She loves the kids and will cover them with kisses and sits calmly for tons of hugs from them. She got along with the 10 pound resident dog right off the bat and after a few days of slow intros does great with the 50 pound resident (in her defense, he can quite obnoxious and she had to get used to his antics in small doses. We don’t think it was a size issue.) They all love to run around and play together. We haven’t heard a bark or whine out of her even when the residents are barking at something. We do not have cats in our home but based on her personality, we think she’d be just fine in a home with them. She isn’t too sure about a harness and collar so we have been working with her on this but it is something her adopter will more than likely need to continue with to get her comfortable. She loves exploring our fenced back yard for her exercise needs but we feel she’d enjoy getting out on walk as well.
Clementine was timid when she first came to her foster home but within just a few days blossomed into a wonderful companion. She has excellent house manners, can be trusted and doesn’t need constant supervision and really just fits right in. She isn’t constantly looking for attention and is content just being a part of the group although she will greet you with a ton of excited kisses when you’re reunited, even if you’ve only been separated a short time.

This Arkansas lady is loving her new life up north and is handling the cold weather like a champ. She is ready to join a family just in time for the holidays!
