From the Foster:

Cash is such a wonderful dog!! He has the sweetest demeanor and is very happy and calm in the house just being next to you or curled up on the couch. He has not had a single accident in the house- even in those few spots where he can definitely tell where another dog has marked their territory! Cash is not a fan of the crate but he has done fine left out in the house although I would suggest restricting his access to the kitchen as he is very motivated to find food. Cash sleeps on the floor next to our bed all night- in fact we usually have to wake him up in the morning- although I'm sure he would be thrilled to sleep in bed at his forever home! He is friendly with everyone he encounters- people and dogs. He loves to run around at the dog park and is submissive with most other dogs. He is a bit territorial at home but has done well with slow introductions away from the house and then inviting the other dog to our yard/home. He has shown very little interest in chewing on anything that's not edible- even dog toys. He has done very well with our 3 young children-  although he does occasionally jump when he gets excited. Two other bonuses- he barks and sheds very little!!

Cash does need some work on his leash manners as I'm guessing he has not been walked very much in the past. He pulls quite a bit and gets especially excited when he sees a squirrel! With practice and positive reinforcement we've already started to see some improvement in this department. He knows "sit" and "shake", and is quickly learning to "stay" while we put down his food. Cash loves to be near people and is very affectionate- he's a lap dog at heart! The family that gets Cash will be very lucky- he is a total sweetheart!!
