From the Foster:

Melody is truly a land manatee and is the most amazing dog when her people are home! She loves to snuggle and give kisses, lay in the sun on our deck, and loves running around our fenced in backyard. She does well with other dogs and is amazing with our 15 month old son and 11 year old daughter! She will do best in a home that has a fenced in backyard but will also need a walk every day! She does great on walks and doesn't pull unless you encounter other dogs.

Even though she likes other dogs she is leash reactive and will need work to get better with this - there are a lot of training clubs that have classes for this since it can be a pretty common behavior in dogs.  She is completely house trained and sort of sings to you when she needs to go outside.  So as I said before Melody is great when her people are home but when her people leave she suffers from separation anxiety and will destroy things if she is not put in a very secure crate.  In her crate,  she barks for a little while after her people leave, so definitely shouldn't have shared walls - but then settles down to sleep, that land manatee thing again. Though some of her faults are a little daunting I promise you she is totally worth it!
