From the Foster: Aspen is super soft and sweet. She likes to climb into bed to cuddle. She likes pets, but not all the time, just when she wants it. Aspen is happy to just cuddle up next to you, maybe the pets disrupt her beauty sleep? Aspen can be a bit of a diva. Although, Aspen became more "diva-like" once new kittens came to live with her. Prior to that she just had one person and a dog. Aspen was fine in this situation, but she really wanted to wrestle as kittens do. So... she was awarded with kitten friends. Aspen had an opinion on that! She was hissy at new arrivals for a little while, but I was NEVER afraid she would hurt them. Aspen wanted to play with the new kittens, but when she got close to them and was about to pounce and play, Aspen realized she didn't know these kittens and would hiss and run away. This was hilarious to watch! Now all the kittens play, and snuggle, and sleep together. When she's feeling diva she might get wiggly, or she might voice her displeasure vocally. She's never tried to bite, but if I can't talk or pet down her protests, I will let her go. Aspen would do great in a home that wants a kitten to love on, and to play with, but is okay with a certain level of cat independence.
