Many people are not in a position to foster a dog, but would still like to help! A great way to do this is to sponsor a dog or puppy with Secondhand Hounds!
Not everyone is aware of the expenses that go into rescuing a dog. Secondhand Hounds provides all medical care for the dogs in our rescue, as well as food, crates, toys, bowls, treats, collars and leashes! The price tag to care for a dog in our program can add up quickly. If you would like to sponsor one of our pooches, we will send you a certificate (see example below) and their foster parent will update you on a weekly or monthly basis (whichever you prefer). We will also notify you when the secondhand hounds you sponsored finds his/her forever home!
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible. Sponsoring a dog is a great way to get involved when you are unable to foster. For other ways to help, please check out the other fun activities that benefit our rescue!
